We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Area Sales Manager to promote and sell our range of analytical reference standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for scientific sales. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their analytical needs, and offering solutions that meet regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with new business prospects in pharmaceutical companies, testing laboratories, research institutions, and CROs.
• Promote the company's portfolio of analytical reference standards through meetings, presentations, and calls.
• Understand client requirements, including regulatory and analytical challenges, to recommend suitable reference standards.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the technical and quality teams to ensure product suitability and documentation compliance.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
• Represent Briti Scientific at industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
Prerequisites:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in scientific, pharmaceutical, or laboratory sectors (preferable).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
