We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable National Sales Manager to promote and sell our range of analytical reference standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for scientific nationalwise sales. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their analytical needs, and offering solutions that meet regulatory and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• A National Sales Manager at Briti Scientific would be responsible for leading nationwide sales operations, setting strategic goals, managing regional teams, and driving revenue growth through effective client nationships and market expansion.
• Identify and engage with new business prospects in pharmaceutical companies, testing laboratories, research institutions, and CROs.
• Promote the company's portfolio of analytical reference standards through meetings, presentations, and calls.
• Understand client requirements, including regulatory and analytical challenges, to recommend suitable reference standards.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Collaborate with the technical and quality teams to ensure product suitability and documentation compliance.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
• Represent Briti Scientific at industry conferences, exhibitions, and seminars.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and above in any field.
• 4–6 years of B2B national sales experience in scientific, pharmaceutical, or laboratory sectors (preferable).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
